Baby Bedtime Calculator
Find your baby's ideal bedtime based on age, morning wake time, and when the last nap ended.
How the Bedtime Calculator Works
Ideal bedtime is calculated by adding the age-appropriate awake window to the end of your baby's last nap. This approach ensures your baby accumulates enough sleep pressure during their last awake period to settle easily at bedtime.
The calculator also shows a recommended wind-down start time (30 minutes before bedtime) and estimates the total night sleep duration based on your baby's morning wake time.
If your baby consistently fights sleep at the calculated bedtime, try moving it 15-20 minutes earlier. If your baby is very happy at bedtime and doesn't seem tired, shift it 15-20 minutes later.
